"The Baton Rouge Cycle Gear store has always offered great service making visits something to look forward to. Sometimes I even stop by to simply "see what's happening" and check out the latest items on the racks. Robbie and his staff have never left me feeling overlooked and their over and above attitudes are always appreciated. A few days ago, I called to see if they could "possibly" order brake pads for my Triumph Rocket III Classic. The unexpected and almost unbelievable answer was " No problem...I have 'em right here. I can pull them for you and have 'em at the front desk when you get here." I must admit that I second guessed him and asked Will to be sure to check again and make sure they fit the Triumph (those parts are almost always an "order item"). In short, Cycle Gear had it right and had them in stock and waiting when I arrived. I could write a short book praising the store and the guys there, but will cut to the chase and state that Robbie and the staff at Cycle Gear have always been there for me and for the people I send to them. And I intend to keep on buying from Cycle Gear and stopping by from time to time to check out the goods and share some biker stories with the guys."

I have purchased tires, lubricants, hardware, batteries, skid plates, chains, tie down straps, clothing and helmets, etc. Baton Rouge is a huge offroad market and it seems to me Cycle Gear is an under recognized resource for those customers. Plus, it is open for business at times and on days other sources are not!"

If they don't cary it in the store they will order it for you. Plus they hold community functions like bike night or Sunday donuts that brings everyone together.
